Digitalization is becoming inevitable today, because clients no longer want to pay for expensive craftsmanship. The accounting office emphasizes from its own experience that digital solutions increase the efficiency of the office and allow work to be done faster and with higher quality. All of our clients’ expense reports are transferred to Directo via CostPocket, and several clients also use the dispatch report and travel log submission options in CostPocket. We have given some clients limited access to Directo to enter sales invoices, which ultimately saves everyone time. In addition, we have ordered client-specific reports from Directo for recurring reports to reduce manual work.”

The office has also automated its clients’ debt management, which has significantly improved the payment habits of their end customers. With a few clicks, reminders can be sent out from Directo to all debtors, and in different languages ​​if necessary. Today, Directo has a gateway option with four different banks, which allows for automatic traffic of transaction information between the online bank and the accounting software. Finance and Marketing accountants create a payment forecast report or a payment document from a purchase invoice in Directo with just a few clicks and send the payment order to the bank with the click of a button. There is still room for additional automation here too – for example, you can set rules for financial transactions and allow Directo to confirm correct receipts itself.

Digitalization has made the work of the accounting office Finance and Marketing significantly more efficient. The Directo and Costpocket software has reduced the time spent on data entry, made customer service faster and better, and basically eliminated paper costs. Customers can perform the necessary operations in their accounting using smart devices.
